You come up to a finished place, not a half-done job site.

Do you really service the eastern UP, or is this just a web page?
We really do. My family has a cottage in the area, we do jobs up here through the season, and we have a local crew for the hands-on work. We’re not going to take a job we can’t actually get to.
I live downstate and I’m rarely at the cottage — can you still do the work?
That’s most of our up-north clients. We handle the walkthrough by photos/video if you’re not up, send a written quote, schedule around the season, and keep you posted with progress photos. You don’t need to be there.
What kind of finishes hold up on a lake home?
For cedar, log, and natural wood we use quality stains and sealers matched to the sun and weather exposure up here — the lake side especially. For painted exteriors and interiors, durable coatings prepped properly so they don’t fail after one hard winter.
When’s the best time to get on the schedule?
Summer and early fall are the window, and it fills up. If you want work done next season, reach out over the winter or early spring so we can plan it around your trips up.
