Breton Village, East Paris, and the 44th Street stretch each have their own stock. Some streets need a full exterior on faded 90s siding. Some need interiors before a sale. Some are still new construction. We size the crew and the spec to the house in front of us.
Newer Kentwood and Gaines Township pockets still need a painter who hits the build calendar. We schedule around other trades and close. Because our shop is in Alto, a Kentwood new-build is a short run, not a long haul.
Trim, doors, and cabinets for Kentwood jobs get the same shop finish we use on custom homes. Breton-area two-stories have a lot of millwork. It should look even from the stairwell to the kitchen. Shop spray is how we get that.
80s and 90s siding and tired exterior paint are common off East Paris. We repaint interiors and exteriors with prep that matches the age of the house. Vinyl, wood, and brick-and-siding mixes all show up on the same street. We spec each surface instead of forcing one product.
Oak kitchens from those same decades take a sprayed finish well. Doors and frames come off, go to the Alto shop, and come back installed. It is a kitchen update that fits Kentwood housing better than a full gut on a house that is otherwise sound.
